Below are the costs of shipping from either Belgium, Germany to the USA, we have several different options, route, ports and carriers.
Therefore we have provided you a range of different options with different carriers, for example, you may have a price for carrier 1, carrier 2, and carrier 3 the main differences between these carriers is which ports they stop at, availability and their sailing schedules otherwise they are very similar.
***Due to additional demand you should be requesting RORO bookings at least 2 months in advance***

East Coast: Weekly Services for most ports
Southern Ports: 3-4 Sailings per month
West Coast: There are usually 3 vessels per month on carrier 1 and 2 vessels per month on carrier 2.
EPA Exemption (Tourists only / Temporary import)
For the USA, for tourist purposes you are required to apply for EPA exemption, this exemption lasts for one year and should coincide with your arrival in the USA. It takes up to three weeks to obtain the exemption letter.

Electric / hybrid / mild hybrid vehicles
The carrier will not accept the shipment of used EV/PHEV vehicles, it is your responsibility to notify us of the vehicle meets this definition, as the booking will not be accepted by the carrier.
Wood & Cleaning
Shipments to the USA and Canada must be clean and free of any dirt, soil, dust, seeds or residue, both countries apply strict quarantine rules, non-compliance can lead to additional fees, or non-acceptance of the Cargo, additional cleaning etc will be for the account of shipper and/or consignee.
SOLID WOOD PACKING MATERIALS(SWPM) - shipments arriving in the USA/Canada on or after 1st February 2006 which are found to be non-compliant with regulations may be refused entry and be returned to origin at shipper’s expense. SWPM also includes skids, dunnage and any other wood associated with transportation. Your obligations to the laws and further information may be found on the following or associated web sites: (1) aphis.usda.gov/ (2) inspection.gc.ca
Cut off
Normally the cut off is 2-3 days prior to sailing. Delivery to the port is Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays.
Marine Cargo Insurance
If requested, Marine Cargo insurance is charged on top of the above costs as a fixed fee or % of the insured value (Vehicle Value + Shipping costs).
We are able to offer All risks - excluding chips, dents, scratches, and marring or All Risks including chips dents and marring subject to a third-party survey and additional fees (certain routes/port pairs and carriers only)

Bookings
To Make the booking could you please provide me the following:
- Copy of Vehicle Registration
- Copy of passport
- Address in Europe and Address in the USA
- EPA exemption letter (temporary imports /tourists only)
- Bill of sale (permanent imports)
For vehicles over 1.7m high you should be booking at least 2 months in advance
Payments
We can accept payment by bank transfer to accounts held in the USA ($), United Kingdom (£), Germany (€) and Australia (AUD$).

Pricing
We try to provide competitive pricing, if you find cheaper prices elsewhere, please send us copy of the quotation and we will try to provide a better price.

* The carrier states Gas bottles are not allowed / only allowed with a Gas Free certificate, you should ensure if you have any they are fully empty. For shipping from Zeebrugge a gas free certificate is required, the nearest place to obtain this is in Antwerp - Costs €200.
